Employees get motivated when they are treated equally hence elevating their general performance levels which in turn yield benefits to the employer. This aspect accords the employers competitive advantage over their business rivals.

Solving of Discrimination Issues Using Mediation

Mediation is an important tool in solving discrimination claims (Bagenstos, 2017). In the process the two parties involved identify the problem (in this case discrimination) and work on the probable solution to curb the discrimination claims. Through this, the employers identify their short comings and the consequences it had on the employees hence establishing corrective measure to curb this malpractice. The issue is solved privately without any legal implication which is advantageous to the employer. More importantly, equality is restored in the entire workforce.
