Having seen adverse poverty levels and absence of good health care gave me the desire to become a nurse. The healthcare sector of any nation is a good measure of its economic strength. The fundamental role of supporting patient recovery impacts patients positively. Nurses being an integral part of the health sector play a vital function toward the realization of the sectors` objective. Learning the complex dynamics vindicates my desire to be a nurse. From personal experience, trust and honesty further, formalize what I know to build a respectful environment for these nursing values. Delivery of high-quality, efficient hospital care is of significant essence. Flexibility and coordination with physicians and other healthcare professional's mileage improvement in healthcare provision. (Imhof, Michael, and Constantijn Blondel, 72).

Healthcare quality is stimulated by education and training of nurses. Perceptions and attitude about nursing. Having had a friend who has type 1 diabetes in school, going to the hospital frequently was an adventurous and continuous learning process. I felt alive and engaged culminating an interest in caring for people, improving their quality of life and putting them at ease. Nursing surpasses an average deed by far. Nursing is much more than a career of integrity and compassion. It is the honor that measures values and tasks granted to one's treasurable gift of life to patients. Perceptions held in the nursing field is critical for retention of nursing students in the healthcare delivery system. The gaps between nursing education and clinical settings of healthcare delivery system may lead to negative perceptions. Proficiencies, affection, and skills of a nurse strive to improve patient care quality. Having learned to think positively and resisting the pressure of nursing practicum lessens perceptions. Distinguishing actual situations from mistaken belief of nursing are in-depth recognition reinforcing ones self-identity to nursing. Nursing occupation values conscience with handwork. Having compassion, knowledge on science and critical thinking themes the realization of the significance of life and health. This will enable me to face the death issue with greater confidence. Clinical practicum promoting professional knowledge and patient care skills structures well with patients' families to provide individualized nursing care (Jones, Lynne C et al., 58). Contrary to the perception on nursing, the drive and determination to achieve the best in me are immeasurable. I believe my drive and qualities would reflect on me being a nurse whether the help I provide is great measure or remains unnoticed.

Demands in the nursing field

Considering myself a very determined, thoughtful, strong, caring and open-minded individual, touching the lives of others is miraculous and events changing. The Demand for transparency of data and processes of quality of care is self-effacingly imperative. Patient safety is the foremost emphasis on patient advocacy translates to quality healthcare. Nurses should sensitively and confidentially handle information when dealing with complaints and should always report the situations. Knowledge of basic laboratory measures and familiarity with laboratory systems proves a commitment to personal and professional development. Displaying individuality in detecting problems and formulating solutions in clinical care is imminent. Relating effective pedagogic approaches as applied to nursing practice and communicating research verdicts to advance professional practice and effectively communicate clearly and logically. On Concerned about professional, legal and ethical frameworks that underpin nursing practice would not be problematic to me. Demonstrating ample application of critical thinking using the nursing process while applying professional knowledge of nursing is an underlying factor (Jones, Lynne C et al., 45). Therefore, Comprehensive professional knowledge of current research to improve health care outcomes would be an accentuate standard. An expressive understanding of professional leadership on efficient and effective interdisciplinary healthcare teams will be a coordinating factor. Being a nurse, attending to patients with humanity and dignity will be a feature. Cognizant knowledge of interprofessional healthcare leadership would be accountable for and care provided at all times. Nursing career grants nurses a chance to travel to different regions providing the venue of seeing the world and acquiring vast knowledge and experiences of cultures.

Expectations in the nursing field

Nurses are regularly obligated to work long shifts. In other occasions, working extended shifts happen when called upon (Duffin, 33). Nursing staff provide and promote individualized care that enables patient-centered approach. The patient-centered approach gravitates to looking at an individual's personal preferences and concerns. Nurses being the center of entirely communication warrant principles of nursing practice observed on delivery for quality care. Staffing shortages are the prime glitches that incrust nurses. Aiding patients, assisting in procedures and bringing up-to-date administration records are the heap of responsibilities distending nursing department. Being part of nursing staffing will subordinate the intended intentions to patients. Consequently, high expectations from patients will be met.

Workplace hazards problems facing nursing is a rise of concern challenge. Frequently working with needles, sharp apparatuses and heavy kits endanger their safety. To help avoid accidents, proper training and always adhering to strict regulations will ensure unnecessary mishaps avoided. Subsequently, wearing appropriate footwear prevents accidents from happening and nurses getting injured. Shoes with effective slip-resistant grip are superb on slippery floors helping nurses stay on their feet minimizing on the personal physical strain. The choice to specialize is paramount towards one career advancement. With empirical studies efficiency of the specialist community, a nurse role improves patient results. The opportunities for advancement grants expertise in several fields providing venues for leadership.

For successful health and social care system to be requisite, nurses and other medical professionals should hone their skills in practice. One of the important skills required for quality patient-centered care is the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues (Duffin, 33). Avoidance of medication errors not only uphold safety and effective care it also prevents adverse events and death of the patients. Thus, acquiring numeracy skills is a criterion in the tuition and safe administration of medications. Increasing levels of patient contentment are vital since high levels are linked to better quality care. Displaying empathy to patients is connected with quality care. For me to develop compassion, sense of responsibility and accountability while exercising practical and proficiency skills will promote nurses core objectives. Given a chance my courageous and confident character will protract communication and teamwork for the success of the health sector vision.
