Ergonomics in the Universal Health Care

The attitude of a healthcare worker towards a client or the nature of their work has a significant role in influencing productivity. The interior design portrays what the health center believes in and this should be taken into consideration during physical structuring.
Apart from providing medical services to the patients, the health care centers should be places where one can appreciate the internal environment (Nakrem, 2015). The workspaces should reflect what the organization prioritizes by creating a sense of belonging to both the employees and the clients. By creating positive distractions in design, the patients can experience a therapeutic environment amidst their pain.
