The organization gained the data from internal emails and memos, which were related to the application by Ms. Jones. Also, they interviewed eight administrators and professors who took part in reviewing it. The author builds a logical argument, and he or she managed to interpret the evidence in such a way that the reader would see that Michelle Jones was being rejected by some of the professors while others were in support of her application and her work. They managed to prove that the education system came as a redemption since she was released from serving her full sentence so that she can pursue her career.
Conclusion
I completely agree with the author that Michelle Jones is redeemed and rejected at the same time. Ms. Jones was supposed to serve a jail term of fifty years, but she only served twenty because of her good behavior, and she was given a chance to pursue her career. To my opinion, it was one of the best redemption stories. On the other hand, most of the professors at Harvard rejected her on the basis that she could not cope with the pressure from the elites.
