The world is experiencing a rapid change in healthcare layout where the use of information technology is taking an accessible path. With this advancement, health care providers have been able to improve the quality of service given to the patient. For instance, the emergence of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system that has the capability to hold the full individual's medical records that help doctors to direct therapeutic and diagnostic decision once a patient is registered in the health system (Strategyand, 2008). According to Watkins, et al., (2012), Health Information Technology had enabled nurses to document their patient's data unlike when they had to use the manual methods. Also, it has shown the rate at which nurses record at the computer on the wheel as compared to stationary equipment. The ultimate result has demonstrated that nurses are efficient at documenting on the computer on wheels. When the care and efficiency of working are measured when nurses use manual manner of monitoring patient and when incorporating the use of HIT, it is shown that quality and timely care is delivered when using HIT.
Another important technology that has entered the industry is mobile technology. This technology has given a new look to the mode of connection and communication. The technology of mobile in health organization has had various impacts all the way from mobile health apps to data analysis. Also, many health providers use tablets to access the useful information about the patient and interpret proper care on the spot.
Also, the other sectors such business organization, have enjoyed the fruit of mobile IT. For instance, the mobile application such WhatsApp has enabled a quick and convenient way of manufacturers reaching their potential customers (Lynn, 2013).

The jungle that surrounds the implementation of eHealth is patient's privacy. This so since health records comprise of personal information and confidential medical data. For this reason, before an organization sets up a HIT, it must ensure and give patients assurance that their information is only accessed by right personal.

Before an organization accepts the eHealth system, the management should determine who pays the cost. For example, the initial estimate cost of Electronic Health Records (HER), is around $44,000 for the full-time provider, in addition to other $8,500 in yearly operating expenses.
- Technical consideration for implementing eHealth
An organization adopting eHealth system should ensure that HIT speaks the same language, in computer terms. This form of connectivity is achieved through health information exchanges (HIEs). The system is efficient since it allows the digital interchange of medical records across firms within the community (Takvorian, 2007).

As the world is trying to adopt the use of HIT, it is evident that they will reduce the time of service delivery to a patient as they increase the quality of the service. However, policymakers should determine several factors such as who to finance, the complexity of the system and the privacy of their customers.
