Organization restructuring is a driving mechanism that identifies aspects of processes, systems, configuration, and workflow in an organization and assists in realigning its activities to match up with the existing demand while simultaneously developing strategic strategies to introduce new improvements. Differentiating redesigns in the organization enable all departments to function in accordance with their assigned environment, without the influence of any external force. Integrating the redesigns enables the organization to operate as a unit in both joint activities and policy-making. Distribution of resources becomes much easier since all the procedures are all the same across all the different branches hence the integration and separation of the organization redesign will help the team work in their given environment and also adapt to new changes. (Som, 2008).

The creation of a team of managers from different branches Care would bring about proper communication. The managers can pass information freely concerning their operations to fasten up their response to providing their needed services and sharing of information. Among managers, teamwork enhances transparency, and the flow of feedback of information shared amongst the branches and by forming such teams rewarding of skills and contributions in the organization is made easy since the team of managers selected can easily see and reward the efforts of all their workers irrespective of their positions in the organization. Finally, the team will be able to create tasks and goals to be accomplished.

The decision-making process in the organization should be transparent and efficient since the decision made affect the day to day operations of the organization. Decisions are made by the executive or managers to the rest of the teams to follow hence the decisions and should be based on real-time information and also in the order of priorities in which they occur. The problem encountered is that of weak flow or delay of information since there are different branches in different locations. Right decisions enable employees to use their potentials on the right products or services since decisions made are as per the contributions they bring to the organization and their overall results and also the environment in which they work is examined and steadily improved to great more great results and better services that are required by the customers.

Job enlargement is recommended to deal with the expanding of jobs that lead to an increase in the number of operations and the number of employees working for the organization resulting to the diversification of employment. The organization's primary mission is to bring help to people who are less advantaged in the communities and to achieve this the organization has to cover vast territories as possible and found by expanding the groups operating in different countries and also the availability of more funds to support their operations. From the contributions made by various branches. Through expansion, the company introduces more opportunity to serve its non-governmental duties of helping the poor in many countries. Through the flow of more required information being given by the different branches, a good example is if Care opens up offices in the areas affected by poverty by doing this they would be able to get the required information to know how to adjust their operation to meet the need of the given population best. (Som, 2002)

Due to the presence of different branches, employees have a choice as to where they want to work and since they can operate in their desired environment. Employees are motivated and encouraged to work hard to deliver their required outputs, and this has improved the employee commitment. Also, promotion of the employee in the organization by increasing their salary and this boosts their moral to work even harder in ensuring that the team continues working effectively and efficiently in their operating environment. The organization can also introduce job enrichment amongst the employee this is whereby employees get to perform different tasks within the organization and by doing these employees are given more responsibility and control in the organization. Job enrichment will make the employees more active and help overcome the autonomy in the organization and also the employee's performance will be easily tracked by the group also the relationship and moral of the workers is strengthened leading to quality services.
